Ezekiel 4:9 Chili

Ingredients:

2 oz Ezekiel 4:9 cereal
2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1 lb 20/80 hamburger
2 oz Cabernet vinegar
2 oz olive oil
¼ white onion (chopped)
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
1 can red beans (15 oz)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ green bell pepper (chopped)

Directions:

In a medium bowl mix tomato sauce, the
chopped tomato, vinegar, cumin, chili
powder, garlic powder, and Ezekiel
cereal. Set aside.

In a large skillet pour olive oil, bell
pepper and onion. Then cook on a low
flame until onions start to brown. Add
hamburger and brown, then drain off
liquid. Add bowl of sauce and red
beans. Heat completely.   
Ezekiel 4:9 contains one of the few
complete recipes in the bible and it
was one of the first recipes that I used
as part of one of my Bible food ministry.
The great thing about this recipe is that
you don't have to make the bread to
enjoy the recipe. A company called
Food For Life makes it a cereal and its
probably at your local grocery store
