Ingredients:
25 onces Moist Pitted Prunes 3-4 pounds Whole Chicken or several Boneless Breasts 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Oregano

Directions:
1. Clean whole chicken and its cavity for stuffing. If using Chicken breasts prepare them to sit on top of stuffing in bottom of baking dish.
2. Sprinkle chicken inside and out with salt. Sprinkle out side of chicken with pepper, paprika and oregano.
3. Place 1/2 prunes in chicken cavity and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Add prune juice as need to keep moist.
4. Add remaining prunes and cook for another 40 minutes
5. For breasts, place prunes together under breast in cooking dish, then bake.
